For Your First Visit

We encourage you to bring another person with you to your first appointment. When you arrive, you will find convenient, easy access into our center, even if you require a wheelchair. During your first visit, you should plan to spend an hour, and the appointment may include:

• meeting and evaluation with your provider
• tests needed for an accurate diagnosis that will guide your treatments
• meeting with your nurse and other members of your medical team
• meeting with your financial counselor to discuss your insurance and billing questions
